Contributing a Whole Basket or Items for a Basket

Here are some suggestions that would make lovely contributions:

• You could put together a whole basket, ready to display. Or you could contribute the contents of a whole basket, which we’ll be happy to assemble for you. "Baskets" don't have to be actual baskets. A container appropriate to your theme would be great. We’d like baskets to have a retail value between $100 and $200, if possible.
• If you don’t think you have a whole basket in you, perhaps you could contribute just some items, such that we could combine multiple contributions to make a basket. We do ask that if you are contributing items from your stash, which is fine, that it be things that folks would be delighted to get, as opposed to things that have been kicked around your studio for 30 years and look it.
• Do you own a longarm and are you willing to quilt for someone? Are you one of those folks who actually like hand binding? Perhaps you could contribute a gift certificate for those services. If you’re willing to do the work but don’t have the resources to make a gift certificate, we can help with that.
• Baskets / items don’t have to be quilty. In prior years, we’ve had baskets with themes such as tea, wine, embroidery, and Star Wars. If you are going to give not-quilty themed items, it would be easier if you contributed enough items to make a whole basket.
