Ankara String Quilt with Lisa Shepard Stewart is on Tuesday March 29th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm via Zoom online platform. Lisa encourages others to express themselves creatively through culturally relevant techniques and materials.
The classic string quilt becomes a work of art with Ankara prints! Learn how to mix the various colors and patterns with confidence, bind your quilt using one of two easy techniques, add non-traditional fabrics to your quilt, transform the blocks beyond the wall hanging into alternate projects and more!
